Careers

Help evidence reach patients sooner.

Silogram is founder-led today. We are looking for the first people to build it with us: engineers who want to get regulated software right, and writers who know what publication and regulatory teams need.

How we work.

Close to the people who write

The product is shaped in pilots with real writers, statisticians and reviewers working on live documents.

Proof over promises

Every compliance requirement has an ID, and the automated tests that check it carry that ID. Every figure on this site cites its source.

Small and senior

A small team where each person owns a large part of the product, from design to the customer conversation.

The first roles.

If one of these fits you, we would like to hear from you now.

Founding engineer

Engineering · Full time

Apply

Own large parts of the product: analysis sync and extraction, the document editor, and the agent and runner tooling. Work directly with pilot teams.

You'll work on

  • Full-stack TypeScript: Next.js, React and Postgres
  • Word documents with real tracked changes
  • Reading SQL, R and Python, and re-running it safely

It helps if you know

  • Regulated software (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA)
  • Document formats or editors
  • How statisticians and writers work together

Publications and regulatory writing lead

Medical writing · Full time

Apply

A publications or regulatory writer from pharma, biotech or an agency. Run pilots and onboarding, shape document outlines and checks, and be the writers' voice in the product.

You'll work on

  • Pilots on live manuscripts, CSRs and dossiers
  • Outlines and checks for each document type
  • House style and reporting-guideline checks

It helps if you know

  • GPP, ICMJE and CONSORT, STROBE or STARD
